Job description

About the Opportunity:

The People Ops Projects Manager will support the People Operations team with various projects. This includes Global HR projects, HR systems, HR processes and more. This role will have the opportunity to work cross functionally with many stakeholders to assess needs, gather information, ensure alignment and efficiency in the way we work as a team.
This role is key in Alma's journey and will contribute to setting the foundation of the People Operations team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support all People Ops projects and initiatives and manage the communications around these topics
  • Collaborate with many stakeholders : TA, Finance, Legal, IT… to implement and improve major People Ops projects and processes
  • Acts as a liaison and coordinator for the stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis on several People Ops topics and recommend improvements
  • Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics to support projects and analysis
  • Proactively offers solutions, process efficiencies, and workflow improvements to our People ops function

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent in english
  • Proven experience supporting the HR function successfully
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects with various stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities as needed
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with HRIS, excel / sheets, and powerpoint / slides
