We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (in Montpellier offices or in Europe remotly) responsible for deploying, following up and ensuring satisfaction of our strategic customers. We are organized in Pods, which are squads including one BDR, one CSM and one Account Executive. The Pod collaborates on a book of business to provide the best possible experience to our customers, detect upselling, cross selling and expansion opportunities.
