We aim to grow from €3.5M in ARR by end of 2025 to €10M by end of 2026. To achieve this challenge, our commercial development on the “Safety” product is critical. Today, 95% of Vizzia’s ARR comes from the Waste product. By mid-2027, we want it to be a 50/50 split.
This role will join the Sales team, made up of 40+ people: VP Sales, Sales Managers, Account Executives, KAMs, BDRs, BDR Managers, Partnership Manager, Pre-Sales Engineers, and a Pre-Sales Engineering Manager.
The goal of the role will be to close €350K in ARR in the first year and then €700K in the second year, while also helping structure the sales methodology and commercial messaging for the Safety product.
To do so, you will need to:
Discovery & prospecting: Complete the first 100 meetings in 3 months to help the team identify the right pitch, the right stakeholders, and key pain points, and generate qualified leads.
Closing & complex sales: Sign around 7 contracts to reach €350K in ARR, i.e. €50K per contract. Master 6 to 12-month sales cycles.
Structuring: Improve the Vizzia Safety sales playbook together with your manager: messaging, sales methodology, prospecting sequences, and field learnings, to lay the foundations for a scalable team.
Expected results:
After 1 month: strong command of the product and the existing playbook.
After 3 months: perfect mastery of the product, pitch, and objection handling. 100 discovery/prospecting calls completed. Strong pipeline, with closing prospects within 1 to 2 months.
After 6 months: first contracts signed.
After 1 year:
€350K in ARR closed.
A strong, well-managed pipeline to reach €700K ARR the following year.

To make this happen, we’ll need the people joining today to help open new countries and/or take on management roles within the Sales teams.
Proven success in complex SaaS sales
Autonomous and fully proficient in SaaS sales techniques, from prospecting to closing
Driving license (Permis B) required
Exceptional energy & interpersonal skills: able to adapt and engage any type of stakeholder.
Performance-driven: comfortable with results pressure and motivated to exceed targets.
Resilience and eagerness to learn: able to sell and differentiate the product in a competitive environment. Willing to continuously improve, iterate on the pitch and methods, and raise the bar for the team and Vizzia.
Entrepreneurial experience or go-to-market experience is a plus.
Experience selling to local authorities is a plus.

OTE (on-target earnings) between €80K and €110K depending on the relevance and length of your experience, with a 60%/40% split. Variable compensation is uncapped, progressive, and boosted in case of over-performance.
