Known as the "Global Week," our annual seminar is typically held at the beach or in the mountains with teams from around the world. With a combination of sport activities and celebrations, it's the must-attend event of the year!
Onboarding & Getting Started 🌟
Each new employee benefits from a personalized onboarding according to his/her department and objectives. For 2 to 4 weeks, the onboarding mixes e-learning courses and 1on1. The objective: to start the Sociabble adventure as quickly as possible and under the best conditions!

In 2016, I started my very first internship at Sociabble as an Account Executive.
I was based in Paris and focused primarily on the international market.
At the end of this experience, I wanted to return to my hometown of Mumbai, India.
I discussed with the CEO about the next steps, and we all agreed on the significant potential of Sociabble for the Asian market. Today, I am the Director and Head of our APAC subsidiary, overseeing a growing team.

From the very beginning, the new arrival is immersed in an intensive training process. Whether on premice or remotely, this journey lasts for 2 to 4 weeks depending on the positions.
The employee is coached by peers and trained through our e-learning platform. It currently includes :
- Over 100 courses (sales pitch, product, Customer Success methodology, etc.)
- 539 educational videos
- 76 quizzes and tests
- 10 instructors available to answer questions
Rituals and Events
As pillars of the company culture, team rituals and events punctuate the daily life at Sociabble. Morning Sync : a 15-minute morning check-in with the close team to kick-start the day! Town Hall : a bi-monthly gathering with all teams. It is hosted by the CEO who answers employees' questions and presents key updates on the market and the company. Friday Training : a weekly training session on the product. Live Coffee : an informal online gathering to welcome new arrivals. Afterworks : casual events that bring the teams together at the end of the day. Global Week : the annual seminar that brings together teams from around the world.
