Turns out, what they said during the hiring process was true. 🧡 6 weeks into my role at Lucca as a Customer Success Consultant, I can say this: ➡️ What they told me during the process? It's actually true. And that still feels kind of wild. A bit of context: Lucca is an HR-software company. 800+ people across Europe. But here in Munich, we’re just 6. And the spirit? Pure start-up. Hands-on, fast-moving, no silos, and lots of support. It’s that rare mix of agile team energy with the backbone of an established company. 🚀 Here’s what stood out most so far: 🔎 Transparency that’s real. Not just “we have an open culture” in theory but in practice. Salaries? Transparent. Company performance? We get regular updates, clear numbers, and full context. Communication from leadership? Honest, direct, no fluff. It makes a huge difference when you don’t have to guess where things stand. 🌍 Lucca Erasmus. If you ever want to try out a different role, team, or even country, you can.
