In prior roles, I served as a mentor and led people on the projects I managed, but I was never given the opportunity to become a manager. That all changed for me when I joined Inato. From the minute I joined the company, my manager and I established what my career goals were, and it became our mission to work together to achieve my dream.
She set clear expectations of what I needed to do to prove that I would be a good fit for the role and provided regular feedback to me to ensure that I was aware of what I needed to do to get there.

Team rituals and events
We are a remote-first company and are intentional about creating regular moments to connect, align, and celebrate our work, both remotely and in person. Team members can work from home, a co-working space, our Paris office, or a mix of all three, supported by a monthly stipend.
Twice a month, the entire company comes together for an All Hands. These sessions are highly transparent and collaborative. Leadership shares company updates, teams highlight what they are working on, and everyone is encouraged to participate. Questions can be submitted anonymously ahead of time or live during the session, making it a true company-wide conversation rather than a one-way update.
Beyond All Hands, teams have their own weekly rituals to share progress and stay aligned, complemented by regular one-on-ones focused on feedback, growth, and priorities. Throughout the year, we also create opportunities to connect more informally, from virtual coffee chats to team offsites and an annual company-wide gather
