You act as real support for your manager in his daily actions thanks to real teamwork while becoming autonomous. You will act as a bridge between technical IT support and employee experience.

At the same time, you will be able to invest in internal projects thanks to your proactive mindset.

Key responsibilities

  • International Tech Support (Level 1 & 2): Support Malters across France, the UK, Spain, Germany, and Benelux. Use SIIT to solve technical issues and keep daily operations running smoothly.

    • Global Communicator: Your English is fluent (professional level). You are comfortable being the technical point of contact for our diverse international teams.

    • High "Get-it-Done" Factor: You thrive on autonomy. You learn fast, adapt quickly, and take pride in diagnosing and resolving issues independently.
