Since the beginning of our adventure, remote work has always been part of our DNA 🧬
Yousigners from certain teams can work from home, in a full remote setting, in a coworking or in our offices with an hybrid mode 💻
To reduce this distance, we all communicate synchronously or asynchronously with different tools: Slack, Notion, Discord, Gsuite, etc.
To bond with each other, different events are organized on a daily, weekly or quarterly basis, to bring us together in a formal 📊 or more casual way 🎶

C’est pourquoi Yousign s’est engagé sur :
Chez Yousign le sujet de la parité nous importe beaucoup et nous y travaillons depuis quelque temps. C’est donc tout naturellement que nous avons signé “Le pacte Parité”, rejoint par plus de 60 start-ups de la French Tech 120 pour accélérer vers l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes.
Un partenariat avec EcoTree ayant pour but d’entretenir et de soutenir les massifs forestiers et leur biodiversité. Yousign participe à la plantation et à l’entretien d’arbres au sein des forêts gérées par EcoTree. Tous les 10 nouveaux clients, c’est un arbre qui est planté. Aujourd’hui c’est plus de 1.000 arbres qui ont été plantés
Une initiative qui permet de financer différents projets pour lutter contre les gaz à effet de serre. Les Yousigners ont tous pu devenir actionnaires !
