Romain has been supporting fashion and sports brands in their development for 20 years.

Fashion is his playground, marketplaces are his expertise. His job? Making brands’ lives easier in an increasingly complex ecosystem, all across Europe. With The Agent, we support our partner brands in their digital strategy and international expansion, from our offices in Paris, Barcelona, Milan, and Casablanca.

Déborah brings strong dual expertise in fashion and digital, built through years of client management, e-commerce performance and a deep affinity for fashion.

Having worked both on the retailer and brand sides, she understands the full marketplace ecosystem. For the past 7 years at The Agent, she has been leveraging this experience to support brands’ growth on marketplaces.

Aurélien spent 15+ years at a major French magazine group, rising to Digital Technical Director, and ran a 5-year digital services venture.

He joined The Agent as CTO and partner in 2021, aligning technology with business needs while keeping people at the center. Today, he focuses on aligning complex technology with The Agent’s business needs, always keeping people at the heart of his work.

Yassine, our numbers virtuoso!

With a Corporate Finance background, he started as CFO at Shortcut CRM and ran a consulting activity supporting companies on finance and structuring. Since December 2023, he’s Head of Finance at The Agent, structuring processes, supporting growth, and ensuring our strategy rests on solid foundations.

Thomas started his career in fashion, where he discovered e-commerce and developed a passion for helping brands grow digitally.

At The Agent, he has specialized in marketplaces, combining analysis, strategy, and product sense to optimize brand visibility, drive performance, and coordinate operations. Driven by challenges and his love for the intersection of fashion and digital, Thomas helps brands thrive across European marketplaces.

With 13 years in digital across e-commerce, media, communication, and tourism, Dany brings broad sector expertise.

A self-taught tech enthusiast, he joined The Agent in 2019 as Tech Lead, contributing to the development of operational tools with dynamism, responsiveness, and transparency. His drive? Delivering the best possible solutions to every challenge.

Pepe is an entrepreneur at heart.

After launching and selling his own footwear brand in Spain, he gained deep knowledge of the fashion industry, particularly the Spanish market. He joined The Agent four years ago, starting from home and building the Barcelona office, now a team of 10+. As Country Manager, he not only represents The Agent in Spain but also drives strategy, client relations, and company culture.

Aude is passionate about business, fashion, and international growth.

She joined The Agent in 2018 and, after progressing through Purchasing and completing a Master’s in Supply Chain & Sustainable Development, is now Client Success Manager & Team Lead. She drives brand performance, leads Account and supply teams, and works with Data Analysts to strengthen insights. After 6 years in Paris, she’s now in Barcelona to support local expansion and build the next generation of talent.

Marta has a background of brand development and product management in the fashion sector and in the marketplace ecosystem.

At the heart of her day-to-day work is a strong commitment to helping brands grow in the online fashion ecosystem and guiding them toward sustainable, scalable success. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors, doing any kind of sport, staying active and surrounding herself with family and friends.

Antoine graduated in 2018 from ICAM, a French engineering school based in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée.

Driven by a desire for international experience, he began in ERP development and then spent three years at FLYR as Product Manager, building digital solutions for airlines. In June 2025, he joined The Agent as Product Manager, focused on shaping the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strategy, and continuously enhancing The Agent’s digital offerings.

Andreea, with a Master’s in Data Science, combines project management and data analysis with a strong passion for fashion.

She turns raw data into strategic insights, improving processes and providing real-time visibility at The Agent. In her free time, she explores fashion through trend research, creative projects, and design.

Iléana, passionate about Supply Chain, completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Supply Chain & Operations at IESEG.

She joined The Agent in 2025 as an intern in Barcelona. Now a Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant, she ensures smooth delivery operations, supports Account Managers, and optimizes stock management for partner brands.

Nadia is The Agent’s product expert.

With 10 years of experience in fashion and e-commerce, she joined The Agent as Digital Content Manager. Today, she leads our Moroccan subsidiary and e-merchandising team. She ensures the quality of our brands’ product listings on partner marketplaces, optimizes their e-merchandising, and stays on top of new marketplace features to keep our digital content at the forefront of innovation.
