Sellsy is the story of a big family embarked on an extraordinary adventure of hyper-growth! The rocket continued its ascent in January 2022 with a fundraising of 55 million euros. As a software publisher, Sellsy encompasses various professions: Engineering, Product, DevOps, New Business, Channel, CSM (Customer Success Management), Marketing, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and People.
Our teams are spread across La Rochelle (Headquarters), Bordeaux, and Barcelona, and they all share strong human values. Since the beginning of the Sellsy adventure, the teams have been at the heart of the strategy, both in product development and in driving the company's dynamics.
We are a team of 200 employees working hand in hand to innovate and help businesses grow, all with accessibility and kindness. For several years, Frédéric, Alain, Victor, and Yannick have developed the Sellsy solution and rallied a team of talented individuals around an ambitious project: to become the leading European CRM suite that meets the needs of all SMEs.

The Engineering team at Sellsy operates in Agile mode and is organized into autonomous Feature Teams. Each feature team is assigned a theme (e.g., Sales, Invoicing, etc.) and has the opportunity to work on innovative features.
This organization allows each developer to be highly involved and participate early in the production process.
Bug resolution (outside of sprints) is entrusted to a dedicated team of developers. The daily work of developers is facilitated by the DevOps team, which is responsible for managing development environments and deployments.
An architecture team is responsible for overseeing the technical design of features and also has an educational mission to help developers enhance their skills.

The Product team holds a central position at Sellsy, working closely with users, the product marketing team, the engineering team, the business teams (sales, CSM), and the support team.
They are responsible for gathering user needs, consolidating feedback from the Sellsy teams in the field, and building the roadmap. The roadmap is the result of prioritization and internal collaboration to ensure alignment with Sellsy's business objectives while addressing the issues raised by our users.
Product managers and product designers form a duo to carry out Product Discovery, which ensures that identified problems and envisioned solutions are in line with user expectations.

Our Sales Team is responsible for acquiring new customers. Their primary mission is to support our target audience of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) to raise awareness about the benefits of digitizing their processes. Our sales representatives are our first ambassadors and work every day to convince as many prospects as possible about the added value of our solution.

Our People team is here to support all employees in the Sellsy adventure. Our Talent Acquisition team guides candidates from the beginning of their application process, and the People team takes over to onboard and develop our new talents within the company.
Sellsy constantly invests in the development of its employees by providing training and promoting internal mobility.
The People team also plays a role in promoting the Sellsy culture on a daily basis and animating the office life (seminars, after-work events, breakfasts, conferences, workshops, and activities).
We are also available to support managers in the development of their teams.
