Our tech team has built the most advanced Agentic AI Hyperautomation platform on the market—award-winning at global, EMEA, and national levels.

We’re ready to scale: Mindflow is positioned just before Series A, with one of the best products in enterprise AI and hyperautomation.
The momentum is real and now. We need a proven sales leader who’s taken high-performance teams from early scale-up to market dominance.

What you’ll do

  • Own all EMEA revenue targets and sales execution

  • Lead, structure, and inspire the EMEA sales org (AEs, BDRs, Sales Ops).

  • Drive performance, accountability, and growth.

  • Design and enforce high-velocity, high-integrity sales processes (forecasting, pipeline, quota, enablement)

  • Set strategic direction for EMEA GTM—segment, prioritize, and close CAC40/Fortune500 logos in Cybersecurity, IT, DevOps, and other verticals.

  • Partner directly with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Founders—align field reality with product and GTM

  • Deliver continuous feedback to shape product/market fit and competitive positioning

  • Report directly to founders, shape strategy, zero bureaucracy

  • Build a culture of execution

Requisitos

Requirements

  • Personally closed multiple 7-figure enterprise deals with CISO, CIO, DSI-level stakeholders.

  • Scaled and led B2B Enterprise SaaS or Automation/IT/Cybersecurity sales teams across EMEA to quota and beyond.

  • Proven ability to build discipline, a high-performance sales culture, and teams that consistently deliver.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Relentless focus on revenue growth and results.
