We’ve established strategic partnerships across Europe, Africa, and LATAM, enhancing our international exposure and credibility. Now, we aim to strengthen our network further, particularly in Central and Northern Europe. To lead these efforts, we need someone who can identify, negotiate, and nurture partnerships with local players and experts.
In this role, you’ll connect globally, experiencing diverse cultures and markets while establishing and tracking meaningful objectives and KPIs for each partnership to ensure continuous improvement.
Over the years, we’ve built a strong presence at industry events, conferences, and meetups, showcasing our diverse product offerings. To amplify our brand and embody Basikon’s ambition among partners, we need a Partnership Manager who can inspire strategic alliances and business ideas.
You’ll oversee our participation in key industry events, crafting our engagement strategy and calendar, with an initial focus on DACH and Benelux, then the UK and the Nordics. Cultural proximity with these regions would be a significant advantage, if not mandatory.
Our sales organization is transverse, aiming to identify as many leads as possible through our global partner network. We need an experienced individual to structure and challenge our indirect sales performance. As the owner of this initiative in Central and Northern Europe, you’ll drive our sales strategy forward.
As we grow, you’ll review and optimize our sales processes, enhance data quality, and maximize the efficiency of our partnership and sales operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting our growth objectives by advancing our indirect sales strategy.
A natural networker with a strong social presence, fluent in English and either German or Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
At least 7 years of experience in the financial/banking industry, with an established network of direct and indirect contacts.
A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a results-oriented vision and skills in driving growth.
Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools (we use HubSpot).
