Organization and methodologies

Organized by product and made up of a Team Lead, a Product Manager, 2 to 8 developers and, depending on requirements, a Product Designer, the teams work in Agile mode throughout the product cycle, from design to production operation.

Each team enjoys a high degree of autonomy in terms of organization, architectural and technical choices, while taking account of other teams, and with the support of cross-functional teams: QA, ITOPS, L2, Front/UI.

Each team is responsible for monitoring and maintenance, including L3 support, incident resolution and post-mortem improvements, to ensure ever-greater reliability and scalability.

SIMPLIFY Hospitality

At D-EDGE, our purpose is to design SaaS solutions, with the aim of simplifying the ultra-complex ecosystem of hotel distribution.

Our products are designed with the aim of achieving ever-greater independence between the applications that make them up. This microservice approach makes each application responsible for a restricted set of data and business rules communicating via APIs. APIs are used both internally and by our partners, generating a high volume of calls.

Security and performance issues are at the heart of our concerns.

We ensure the security of our systems through constant monitoring, in-depth analysis of security alerts, and the strictest compliance with regulations (RGPD, ePrivacy) and standards (PCI-DSS) in our implementations.

Our growth, our customers' new uses and the increased interconnection between players in the hotel industry are generating ever-increasing exchanges and processing, driving us to constantly meet new challenges in terms of scalability, performance and reliability.
