Covivio is a company on the move, adapting to its sector and its environment, and where it is possible to change jobs, assets, even countries, and reach management positions 📈.

At Covivio, we're well aware that we're in a fast-moving environment. Our sector is changing, our customers are changing and with them the expertise of our teams. We encourage them to develop new skills via our training program : management, coaching, technical updates, new regulations, new trends...

In 2022, we devoted 3.6% of the wage bill to training, and 74% of our employees attended a training course.

Since 2020, Covivio has launched its Graduate Program, which enables young employees 🎓 to complete 3 6-month rotations, including at least one in Italy or Germany.

Because we are committed to creating a team where everyone feels at home, we organise a number of social events throughout the year.

Team seminars, New Year's Eve parties 🥂 a communal area with table football and table tennis: these are just some of the opportunities and venues that encourage people to get together and share ideas.

In 2022, we launched Covivio afterworks. Every last Thursday of the month, all employees can get together for a drink and some sweet treats.
