👋🏻 Your Mission

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, your role is to ensure the successful implementation of Zenchef services for our clients, while guaranteeing that we deliver the expected added value. You will act as a key link between the Sales and Customer Success teams. Your main responsibility is to improve performance by understanding customer needs, quickly adapting the tool to their operations, and delivering a premium service. This role is essential to managing customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement across the company.

As a member of the Customer Onboarding team, we are responsible for delivering the expected value to our clients during the onboarding phase. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience with our products and services in order to drive strong customer satisfaction and adoption.

🧑🏼‍🍳 Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the implementation of Zenchef for all new clients.

  • Handle incoming customer requests during the adoption phase.

  • Design tailored onboarding experiences that meet the specific needs of new clients and optimize their journey.

  • Drive innovation by launching new initiatives, improving our working methods, and contributing to our culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Anforderungen:

🍽️ What You Bring to the Zenchef Table

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience and the ability to share knowledge clearly.

  • Fluency in German and English (written, read, and spoken).
