You are responsible for the management of the fleet of charging stations and batteries ZEWAY including performance monitoring, maintenance and support of the large-scale deployment of the solution.

• Management of the Battery Swapping Station (BSS) infrastructure (monitoring and supervision of the Battery Fleet, management of sub-contractors, performance monitoring, negociation and contract management,…)

• Management of the BSS network expansion in existing and new cities

• Management of the Battery Fleet (monitoring and supervision of the Battery Fleet, management of sub-contractors, performance monitoring, negociation and contract management,…)

• Safety Champion for the BSS infrastructure/network and the Battery Fleet (non conformities management, lead resolution of NCR, responsible for safety processes,…)

• Close collaboration with the Procurement / Supply Chain team (stock & spare parts management, product warranty,…)

• Close collaboration with the Product team (contribution to the continuous improvement of the Products,…)

• Define operations standards, methods, tools and work processes related to the maintenance of the infrastructure/network and the Battery Fleet

• Report weekly KPIs and Dashboards for internal performance monitoring

• Responsible for the Operations and Maintenance budget related to the infrastructure (Operational cost, Cost of Sale, CAPEX, etc…)

• 5+ years of overall experience with a successful track record in areas such as manufacturing / industrial operations, technical operations, fleet management…

• Experience with lithium batteries and battery management systems would be a plus

• Financial fluency skilled in budgeting, cash management, costs and operating in a lean company environment

• Matrix environment experience

• Sub-contractors management skills

• Fluent in French and English
