We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solana Engineer to join our confidential blockchain team. Your primary mission will be to adapt our Fully Homomorphic Encryption Virtual Machine (FHEVM) to the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), enabling confidential computation and privacy-preserving smart contracts in the Solana ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for adapting the FHEVM stack to the Solana Virtual Machine, building Solana programs and developer tools to showcase confidential smart contracts, ensuring high standards of security and performance, and creating documentation and resources that empower the developer community.
You will:
Design, implement, and maintain core Solana programs (smart contracts) that integrate with the FHEVM stack.
Collaborate with our blockchain engineers to adapt core FHEVM functionalities to the Solana runtime.
Build tooling, SDKs, and developer resources to improve the developer experience.
Contribute to reference applications and dApps showcasing confidential computation on Solana.
Conduct and review code for security, performance, and scalability in high-stakes environments.
Stay current with developments in Solana, cryptography, and confidential computing.
Partner with DevOps to deploy and optimize our solution in production environments.
Write high-quality documentation, tutorials, and educational materials for developers.
Support and engage with the community of developers adopting our technology.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
3 years of proven experience in software engineering roles.
Strong experience with Rust and the Solana programming model (Solana programs, Anchor framework, Solana RPC APIs).
Solid understanding of blockchain internals, particularly Solana runtime, accounts model, and transaction execution.
5 years of proven experience in software engineering roles.
Experience contributing to the Solana core codebase or deep familiarity with Solana internals.
Experience building developer tools, SDKs, or open-source libraries.
Understanding of software security principles.
