• Increase juniors’ skills (pair prog, code review…)
• Able to resolve and deal with advanced problems / tricky problems

Technical Prerequisites

• Strong knowledge of Swift 5 & UIKit
• Craft advanced UI programmatically (without Storyboard / XIB)
• Perfect understanding of memory management
• Advanced problem solving (performance, memory, multi-threading issues)

Mindset Prerequisites

• Ability to question yourself and challenge
• Ownership, be a driving force in the development cycle
• Good communicator
• SSBU player
