The position

Job description

  • Structuring private funds and public ABS securitizations for investors acquiring our loan production, in close cooperation with the Investor Sales team.

  • Participate in or lead discussions with investors, rating agencies, lawyers, management company, custodian, auditors, servicers, banks, etc.

  • Ensure that trades and structures are efficient from a regulatory and Basel perspective, with ongoing monitoring of changes in rules and regulations.

  • Ensure transactions meet both investors’ yield requirements, rating agencies criteria and internal financial targets, working with the Finance and Credit portfolio Management Teams.

  • Work closely with Product, Tech and Operations colleagues to ensure trades are structured in an operationally efficient manner.


Preferred experience

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac + 5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University with a specialization in Financial Markets.

  • You have prior experience in a structuring position in financial markets or asset management.

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Commercial mindset and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment where teamwork, autonomy, and entrepreneurial behavior are crucial.

  • Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

  • Previous experience with Bloomberg is a plus.
