We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person to join our team and help provide an exceptional experience for our members while ensuring the smooth running of our studios!
You will play a key role in daily operations, with varied responsibilities including:
Front Desk:
Warmly welcoming our members
Providing personalized advice on different classes and memberships
Handling sales and answering member questions
Back Desk:
Managing studio openings and closings
Preparing the rooms (setting up and cleaning yoga mats, organizing equipment)
Keeping common areas spotless (lounges, changing rooms, kitchen)
Supporting the manager with tasks (maintenance, cleanliness, stock management)
Member Care:
Answering emails and phone calls
Handling member complaints or specific requests
Following up on complex cases in collaboration with the manager
Working conditions:
Shift schedules (morning and/or evening) based on class times
Preparing and maintaining studios before and after classes
Close collaboration with the manager to ensure service quality
Contract type:
Fixed-term contract with progression: 3 months, renewable for 6 months, then 9 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract
Working hours: 19/38h contract, depending on needs and availability
