We are looking for a B2B After-Sales Customer Care Agent to integrate a team Pre-Departure Customer Relations. You will :
- Provide after-sales customer support until departure on the trip and issue travel documents
- Send travel documents
- Provide a great support to our travel agency on after-sales and pre-departure requests
- Carry out the necessary checks before the processing of reservations by the Supplier Relations Team
- Ensure the follow-up of the files and the counter-proposals if necessary
- You are fluent in English and French
- You are autonomous and a curious person
- You have excellent relationship skills
- You know how to prioritize and manage rush situations
- You like teamwork
