A progressing year of 2023 filled with exciting events such as raising €10 million in Series A, acquiring Neo-Nomade in France, and Deskalot in Belgium! What does the future hold for us in 2024? Internationalization, diverse projects, new clients, and a new Product Web Analyst Intern 🔥

Directly reporting to our Head of Data, Bastien, the Product Web Analyst is a new role at Worklib. Worklib is a company deeply ingrained in a Product and Tech synergy. Firmly believing that establishing a solid infrastructure and organization will enable it to grow much faster. The same applies to the Data aspect; building a Modern Data Stack with anticipation of Data Mesh challenges will allow the Data team to scale easily in terms of volume and organization to always remain a proactive support for all Worklib teams.

Our technologies :

 

- Stitch & Airflow for data acquisition and ML pipelines.
- BigQuery & DBT for building the data warehouse on a star schema model.
- Metabase & Fast API for data visualization and exposing predictions or ML models.
- Kubernetes, Github Action (CI/CD), & Pulumi (IaC) for a resilient and robust continuous delivery infrastructure.

 

With this brand-new stack in place, Worklib is now looking to expand its data usage to better understand its usage, anticipate its opportunities, and build even more products utilizing its data. It's in this perspective that the Product Web Analyst will interface with Product & Marketing teams and the Lead Data Analyst.


🎯Key Responsibilities:

- Analyzing product needs, application usage, and opportunities, assessing the impact of different features, assisting in implementing AB testing strategies, and analyzing results.

 

- Analyzing the acquisition of new users based on different channels, social networks, SEO, SEA...

 

- Assisting in implementing the tracking strategy (implementation will remain with the technical team).

 

- Serving as the liaison between the data team and the Product team.

 

- Developing data products, dashboards for usage analysis, funnel, user journey, conversion, anomaly detection.

 

    👀 Profile:

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.

     

    - Skills in exploratory data analysis.

     

    - Knowledge of SQL, Excel.

     

    - Knowledge in Python is a plus.

     

    - Google Analytics, Content Square, FullStory, Air360, or equivalent is a plus.

     

    - Proactive profiles with a desire for autonomy.

     

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

     

      🎬 Interview process:

      - 30-minute video call with Marie-Cécile, People Partner

       

      - 60-minute video call with Bastien, Head of Data

       

      - Practical case (1h live or homework)

       

      - 30-minute meeting with Product (30min) - Ben, Hamza, or Robin for cultural fit, presenting the app, and assessing interest in the journey, curiosity.
