We are currently seeking a Senior Hardware Product Manager to join our team. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in hardware product management and a keen focus on efficiency.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our product portfolio’s development. Working closely with our product team and cross-functional units, including operations and marketing, you will formulate and execute development strategies that align with our business objectives, aiming for impactful outcomes.
As a Senior Hardware Product Manager, your responsibilities will include optimizing and overseeing the development cycle of our acoustic booth products, from concept to industrialization.
Strategy and Program Management:
Collaborate with the Head of Product to create, review, and maintain an ambitious, customer-centric product roadmap.
Transparently communicate the roadmap to project sponsors.
Program Management:
Optimize product development using project management tools (waterfall, Agile).
Focus on objectives, costs, margins, and international market compliance.
Collaborate with technical experts to ensure product success.
Ensure seamless coordination between development and industrialization.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Product Conformity and Market Requirements:
Actively monitor and communicate product compliance risks and opportunities.
Engage with conformity labs and assign responsibilities within the product team.
Product Data Management:
Market Analysis and Competition:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Lead PM in an international context.
Background in engineering or business with a specialization in hardware product development, preferably in furniture or tech hardware.
Data-driven with the ability to define critical development tools and metrics.
Result-oriented with a focus on clear objectives and strong prioritization skills.
Enthusiastic about furniture products and willing to share knowledge within the team.
Flexible in work style.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.
