The position

Job description

As the Acquisition Product Manager for Wooclap, you will own the acquisition strategy and performance for our Self-serve channel. You will be responsible for driving new user acquisition and optimizing the top of the funnel: from identifying opportunities to implementing acquisition tactics that generates user growth at scale.

You will directly lead and empower a dedicated, cross-functional acquisition squad, including designers, developers, and a SEO Manager. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Growth, and the User Engagement and Monetization PMs, ensuring a frictionless, unified journey from a user’s first visit on our website to their first payment.

As the Product Manager of wooclap.com, you will own the website experience end-to-end to drive traffic conversions for our Self-Serve business, while also optimizing BtB user flows to generate high-quality Marketing and Sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable, scalable acquisition: own the strategy and execution to deliver massive, scalable user growth. This includes defining key acquisition channels (SEO, Virality, etc.) and optimizing the entire funnel with a rigorous focus on data and CAC efficiency.

  • End-to-end website ownership & conversion rate optimization (CRO): oversee Wooclap’s website and funnel design to serve both the Self-Serve business (traffic-to-sign-up conversion) and the BtB lead generation engine (prospect paths, contact forms, demo requests, lead capture). Deliver an engaging, seamless journey that maximizes conversions across both channels.

  • Strategic alignment: collaboration with the Head of Growth, User Engagement PM (activation & retention) and Monetization PM (pricing & upgrades) to deliver a seamless, high-performing journey from acquisition to revenue.

  • Organic growth and virality: design, experiment with, and deploy product-led initiatives that leverage Wooclap’s inherent network effects to drive high-quality, zero-cost user acquisition.

  • Market intelligence: monitor SaaS and PLG best practices to keep Wooclap’s acquisition strategy competitive and innovative.

  • Product roadmap influence: ensure acquisition priorities are embedded in Wooclap’s broader product vision.


Preferred experience

  • Experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager or Product Manager, on a acquisition scope. Good understanding of core acquisition channels: CRO, website funnel optimization, SEO and virality.

  • Strong mix of strategic thinking, user empathy, and execution drive.

  • You thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and feel accountable for results.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.

  • Proficient in both English and French: we are an English-first company, and good copywritting on our website is key to optimize conversions.

  • “Get-it-done” mentality, details oriented, and the grit to tirelessly iterate on the product until you show impact.
