Job description

As Product Manager of Wooflash, Wooclap’s second product, you will own the success of the entire product, from product strategy to market performance. Wooflash is an innovative microlearning platform designed to boost learning through active recall and spaced repetition. Already in use by top institutions (Université Paris-Saclay, Université Lyon 3, all high schools in Normandy etc), Wooflash is now gaining strong traction, and we’re looking for a Product Manager with a business-owner mindset to take it to the next level.

You’ll be the strategic driver of the entire Wooflash project, owning everything from product strategy and user growth to go-to-market success and long-term sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-potential EdTech product within a fast-growing, product-led company, and shape its path to market leadership.

You’ll work within a dedicated Wooflash squad, alongside front-end and back-end developers, with support from design and data teams. You’ll also collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure Wooflash reaches and retains its users effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Wooflash user journey from onboarding to long-term retention, and everything in between.

  • Drive product-led growth, designing features and experiments that boost activation, engagement, and organic expansion (e.g., teacher–student loops, institution-level virality).

  • Define and execute product strategy, aligning product development with user needs and business goals.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and support to craft and optimize go-to-market strategies, messaging, and adoption within customer organisations.

  • Co-create with educators and students, building innovative and impactful features, including AI-powered ones, that enhance learning outcomes.

  • Run continuous discovery, using interviews, testing, and user feedback to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

  • Monitor product performance, define key success metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary squad, ensuring fast, high-quality delivery through tight collaboration with developers, designers, and analysts.

  • Act as the ambassador for Wooflash, bringing energy, vision, and ownership to the team and the market.

Preferred experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Entrepreneurship, or a similar role with significant ownership. Experience designing user engagement strategies, such as gamification, in a B2C context is a strong plus.

  • Strong mix of strategic thinking, user empathy, and execution drive.

  • You thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and feel accountable for results.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality, impactful product experiences.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with an instinct for what moves the needle.

  • Excellent communicator with strong storytelling and alignment skills.

  • Strong interest for the EdTech industry.

  • Fluent in French and English – Wooclap is an English-first company but Wooflash users are mostly French-speaking educators.
