The position

Location: Brussels or Paris

Salary: 1200€/month
Holidays: 10 days

As a People Ops Intern, you will be the right hand of our People team. Your goal? To ensure a seamless employee experience—from contract signature to onboarding and beyond—while navigating the exciting specificities of both French and Belgian labor environments.

Key responsibilities

1. Administration & Compliance

  • Manage administrative files for both French and Belgian entities.

  • Assist in payroll preparation in coordination with our external providers & finance team.

  • Maintain and update our HRIS (SIRH) to ensure data integrity and “clean” reporting.

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate the arrival of new “Wooclapers”: logistics, welcome sessions, and the “Buddy” program.

  • AI & Knowledge Management: structure, and update internal HR documentation (on Notion or similar) to prepare our knowledge base for AI-powered automation, ensuring our internal chatbot can accurately answer frequent employee FAQs regarding policies and benefits.

  • Proactively suggest improvements to our internal processes to make them more scalable.

3. Transversal People Projects (The Impact)

  • Assist in organizing internal events (Team buildings, Offsites, Social Fridays).

  • Contribute to Employer Branding projects (Social media content, career page updates).

Preferred experience

  • Education: currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR.

  • English & French: you have a great command of both French and English. You are comfortable switching between them to support our international team.

  • AI-Native & Tech-Curious: you don’t just know what ChatGPT is; you actively use AI tools to automate tasks, summarize information, or draft content. You’re excited about the challenge of building a “machine-ready” knowledge base.

  • Process Enthusiast: you have a natural “Logic Brain.” You love taking a messy workflow and turning it into a clean, structured process.

  • Meticulous & Rigorous: you are detail-oriented to a fault. Whether it’s a legal contract for a Belgian employee or a payroll variable in France, you understand that 100% accuracy is the only acceptable standard.

  • Driven by Interaction: you are genuinely energized by people. You enjoy being the face of the People team and helping colleagues navigate their professional journey.
