In this role, you’ll join the DevX team composed of **6 team members.**You’ll work closely with the Engineering Manager – DevX, and the broader engineering teams.
You’ll play a key role in improving developer productivity, delivery reliability, platform resilience and security at scale.
You’ll work at the intersection of people, product and platform, with a strong focus on impact, pragmatism and long-term sustainability. You’ll contribute to the foundations of our engineering platform: CI/CD, infrastructure, deployment, observability and security, with a strong “security & reliability by design” mindset.
Your mission is simple and demanding: make the right thing the easy thing for engineers.
Own and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines.
Identify and deliver quick wins to reduce build times, flaky pipelines and manual steps.
Improve deployment safety, speed and rollback strategies.
Standardize best practices across teams while keeping pragmatism.
Actively contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Gradually take ownership of parts of our Terraform stack.
Improve infrastructure scalability, maintainability and clarity.
Collaborate closely with platform and backend engineers.
Use Kubernetes as a core lever to improve deployment strategies.
Improve environment consistency and reliability.
Help teams better understand and leverage Kubernetes without increasing cognitive load.
Build and improve monitoring, alerting and observability.
Reduce noise, improve signal quality.
Help teams understand system behavior, performance and incidents.
Contribute to a culture of learning from incidents (not firefighting).
Integrate security by design into CI/CD, infrastructure and workflows.
Implement automated security checks and guardrails.
Help define and enforce non-negotiable security standards.
Actively contribute to vulnerability detection and remediation workflows.
Work in a transversal role, supporting all engineering teams.
Stay close to real developer pain points.
Communicate clearly on changes, risks and improvements.
Favor impact over perfection.

You are a hands-on DevOps / Platform engineer.
You are product-minded.
You deeply understand CI/CD systems and love improving them.
Kubernetes is not optional for you: you’re comfortable operating and improving it.
Infrastructure as Code is a must-have skill.
You have a strong interest in monitoring, reliability and system behavior.
You care about security, and think “by design”, not “after the fact”.
You are pragmatic.
You prefer simple, scalable solutions over clever but fragile setups.
You enjoy working closely with engineers and enabling them.
You communicate clearly and don’t hide behind tooling.
You embrace feedback and learning.
You actively seek feedback, accept it, and continuously improve yourself.
6+ years of professional experience as a DevOps / Platform / SRE engineer.
Strong experience with CI/CD systems.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
Exposure to security practices in delivery pipelines or infrastructure.
Experience in SaaS or scale-up environments.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
