As a Service Reliability Engineer, you will be pivotal in managing our deployment pipelines and ensuring operational and security excellence across development, staging, and production environments. Your role will involve:
Managing DogeOps platform on a daily basis for all the projects according to our branching strategy (feature, dev, staging, production branches)
Keeping improving DogeOps platform to further measure our deployment and security KPIs (service health checks, Business-Driven Development testing automation)
Monitoring infrastructure performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability and availability
Maintaining and updating production environments in response to updates or evolutions
Designing, implementing, and managing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for customers who remain in control of the hosting environment
Collaborating with developers, project managers, and customers to refine custom deployment strategies for integrating our application code into their infrastructure
Maintaining development environments and training team members on how to use the infrastructure (mostly via Dogeops)
Ensuring compliance with security standards and participating in security initiatives to guarantee our conformance with 27001 certifications
Working hand in hand with the CTO.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role with a solid understanding of:
Tools such as GitHub Actions CI, or similar for CI/CD.
Containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable infrastructure management.
Scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in technical English, as it is our working language.
Passion for automation, quality and process improvement.
Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Extreme Programming.
Proactive communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
