Key Missions
As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll serve as a central connector, linking analytics, intelligence, and strategic planning to accelerate performance throughout our worldwide digital infrastructure.
Working alongside headquarters and regional teams, you’ll deliver practical analyses, performance monitoring, and strategic guidance.
Performance Intelligence
Conduct comprehensive business performance assessments, synthesizing intelligence across product categories, territories, and platforms to pinpoint critical success factors and enhancement opportunities
Establish revenue objectives and construct performance projections, partnering with headquarters and regional stakeholders to balance aspiration with market realities and operational feasibility
Executive Communication
Deliver strategic transparency to senior leadership through compelling reports, visualization tools, and board-ready presentations that convert raw data into unambiguous business guidance
Craft executive narratives, preparing intelligence and recommendations for leadership committees and Group management
Strategic Analysis
Spearhead targeted investigations on priority subjects (territorial dynamics, category trajectories, customer patterns)
Cultivate analytical distinction and influence throughout the organization, ensuring intelligence translates into concrete action at every operational tier
Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the BI Project Management division to refine Power BI visualizations, guarantee data integrity, automate reporting workflows, and advance the organization’s analytical infrastructure
Produce and disseminate actionable intelligence to operational functions, particularly E-Merchandising and Traffic, to optimize catalog visibility, transaction rates, and content effectiveness
Coordinate with cross-functional divisions (Data Science, CRM, Media, E-Merchandising, Product, Finance) to synchronize analytics with overarching expansion goals
Regional Support
8–10 years in business analysis, digital performance management, or strategic roles, preferably within multinational or luxury sectors
Demonstrated excellence in digital business performance oversight, blending analytical precision with strategic perspective
Established success in projection modeling, objective-setting, and executive communication
Expertise in Power BI, Excel, and data narrative techniques; knowledge of SQL or data architecture advantageous
Verified capability to orchestrate multi-stakeholder projects and shape opinions across organizational hierarchies
Solid commercial grasp of luxury e-commerce mechanics (visitor acquisition, product range, retention marketing, consumer behavior)
Outstanding communication abilities; capacity to distill sophisticated information into accessible, actionable guidance
