We are looking for a Project Director to join us in Madrid to lead a team of Project Managers, Developers and Designers.

As a Project Director, you will:

• Manage a team of 5 to 10 people on digital projects.

• Scope and oversee initiatives throughout the project life cycle from initial scoping phase, through planning, estimating & budgeting, scheduling, design & development and full implementation

• Serve as main client contact. Lead meetings and presentations, proactively address their feedback and concerns. Managing expectations and resolving any issues.

• Meet revenue goals for client portfolio. Identify new opportunities with existing clients and acquire new accounts.

• Improve internal processes and integrating new solutions

• You have the ability to manage changing business and technical requirements

• You are analytical with great attention to detail, ensuring consistent improvement in the quality of our output

Our selection process involves an initial interview with the HR department, followed by an interview with the General Director, and the project management team.
