As a Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that supports our diverse multinational team of 50+ colleagues. You’ll wear many hats, from managing daily operations and HR tasks to coordinating events and fostering a collaborative work environment. This multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across various aspects of HR while contributing to a vibrant company culture.
Your Impact:
Employee Experience Champion: As a trusted partner in People Operations, you’ll advocate for employee well-being and ensure a smooth journey throughout their time at WITH Paris.
HR Rockstar & Administrative Ace: You’ll support various HR functions, including:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leaves, and payroll.
Talent Management: Participate in new employee integration and company value promotion.
HR Operations: Assist the HR team with administrative tasks, record management, and program implementation.
Technical assistance: troubleshooting and IT management and creation of a follow-up of the computer park.
Invoicing: drafting of customer invoices and follow-up of their payment, reminders in case of unpaid invoices, registration and verification of customer details.
Event Architect: Design, plan, and execute engaging team-building activities and internal events to strengthen team spirit and promote a positive work environment.
Office Maestro: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a comfortable and well-equipped workspace. This includes managing supplies, equipment, maintenance, and common areas.
