The position

Job description

As part of this WITH Implant mission, you will join the Digital Data, Analytics, and Measurement team of a prestigious Global Luxury Beauty Group.

You will act as the Architect of Digital Learning, bridging the gap between complex data science and operational expertise. Your mission is to foster a data-driven culture by designing high-impact learning programs and driving the adoption of analytics tools across global markets. You will balance instructional design, strategic project management, and hands-on data support.

Core Responsibilities

70% | Digital Learning & Program Orchestration

  • End-to-End E-Learning Development: Design, build, and deploy two high-quality e-learning modules per month on the Group LMS. You will translate technical topics (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, 360 Data Strategy, New Media Standards) into engaging, digestible, and aesthetic content.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Facilitate workshops to extract key insights, validate technical accuracy, and ensure all “main messages” align with the Group’s strategic vision.

  • Internal Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to drive awareness and adoption of new modules, ensuring high visibility and “desirability” of data topics across the organization.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor user engagement metrics and provide actionable insights on program usage to constantly refine the learner experience and demonstrate ROI to leadership.

30% | Project Management & Data Analytics

  • Dashboard Roadmap Management: Lead the end-to-end development of data visualization tools, tracking milestones, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Data Literacy Enablement: Design and deliver live training sessions on dashboards and data tools to empower stakeholders and ensure widespread adoption across teams.

  • Analytics Support: Provide hands-on support for data requests, including extraction, analysis, and insight generation to inform business decisions and strategic initiatives.


Preferred experience

Profile & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Digital Project Management, E-learning, or Data Analytics, ideally within the Fashion, Beauty, or Consulting sectors.

  • Technical Savvy: Strong command of PowerPoint (storytelling) and Project Management tools. Notions of Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and Google Analytics are highly appreciated.

  • Mindset: You are an “Educational Strategist”—able to simplify the complex without losing the essence. You are rigorous, solution-oriented, and thrive in international environments.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English. You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and technical experts alike.
