The position

Location: Remote / Amsterdam (preferred)

Role Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven International D2C Lead & Digital Expansion Specialist to lead the growth of our consumer-facing digital sales channels within our specialized health and nutrition sector. In this role, you’ll manage an established online sales platform while spearheading its expansion into eight new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations, digital commerce, and cross-market project leadership, along with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Core Responsibilities

Platform Optimization – Current Market (Netherlands)

  • Analyze monthly performance using logistics reports, sales data, financial metrics, customer insights, return trends, support inquiries, and marketing campaign results.

  • Pinpoint inefficiencies and execute targeted improvements based on data-driven insights.

  • Assist regional teams with day-to-day operations, including product updates, promotional activities, and new launches.

Market Growth – Spain (2026) + 7 Additional Regions

  • Local Adaptation & Setup: Guide the integration of new markets into the existing digital platform, tailoring solutions to regional requirements and ensuring full compliance.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate timelines, resources, and dependencies between global/local teams and IT; mitigate risks and ensure all markets are launch-ready by early 2027.

  • Compliance & Legal: Finalize regional website policies, extend logistics partnerships, and align with regulatory standards in collaboration with legal and operational teams.

  • Launch Preparation: Supervise updates to order fulfillment, inventory availability, and system integrations for seamless market entry.

Performance Oversight: Establish and track key success metrics for each launch, providing regular progress updates in partnership with local teams.


Preferred experience

Skills & Background

  • Hands-on experience in DTC, e-commerce, or digital sales operations, preferably in a multi-regional context.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading cross-border teams.

  • Proven ability to drive digital growth and meet performance goals in online sales environments.

  • Analytical and data-focused approach to problem-solving.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to work effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.
