As a commercial and marketing assistant, you will be responsible for customer service and communication. Your role will involve:
Act as a brand ambassador and provide customers with the best possible experience.
Proactively respond to customer inquiries.
Manually update orders in the Shopify back office as needed (updates, cancellations, etc.).
Escalate complaints and complex cases when necessary.
Increase and enhance our brand’s presence on social media.
Contribute to a social media content strategy aligned with the brand’s guidelines and objectives.
Develop strategies for user-generated content.
Foster community engagement on social media.
Conduct benchmarking.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer and community management with:
Native French speaker, C1 level in English and Spanish is a great advantage.
Good communication skills.

Our recruitment process is very fast. First, you will have an interview with HR. Then, you will move on to interviews with the person responsible for client management and the e-commerce manager. After this, you will meet the client and, hopefully, receive a formal proposal to join us for the recruitment and welcome party!
