Job description

Our client, a world leading luxury brand, is looking for a dedicated implant for Asia’s social media strategy to reinforce the linkage between Asia & French HQ. You will need to have a deep understanding of local platforms and a preference for experience in the Japanese or Korean markets.

The implant will be integrated into the Korean and Japanese social activations team, responsible for managing cross-divisional and cross-platform strategies. A profound comprehension of the Asian social media landscape is essential for this role

The implant will have access to many consulting projects delivered for past clients:

> Platforms strategy deck & exploration: Kakao Talk, Line, and others;

> Social media toolkits: monthly calendar, yearly editorial plan, reporting documents, advertising guidelines, upskilling presentations, and others;

> Social insights: social owned & earned audit, trend reports, brand performance reports, and others;

> Peer exchanges: access to learnings & best practices from 4 other resources working as Community Managers and Social Media Experts.

Your responsibilities include:

Project Management

  • Lead and manage projects across the Asia region, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks effectively.

  • Assess project performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

    Regional Strategy Implementation:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of platform locales within the Asian market, with a focus on Japan or Korea.

  • Utilize your understanding of cultural nuances and market trends to tailor projects for specific locales.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regional strategies to drive growth and success in Asian markets.

    Performance Tracking and Expertise

  • Track and report on the performance of projects, making data-driven recommendations for improvement


Preferred experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing is required

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an international or regional context

  • Deep knowledge of platforms within Asia regions, with a preference for familiarity with Japan or Korea

  • Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with stakeholders across regions
