The Witco solution promotes a better flow of information, the creation of a community and centralises all available services. In practice, you can book your desk in a flex office, report an incident or open the door to your flat or a meeting room from a single app. The objective: to optimise the space and the offer and to meet the expectations of the occupants as best as possible.

Today, Witco has thousands of users throughout Europe! The application is available in more than 800 buildings, ranging from head offices to coworking spaces, coliving and specialised residential (student/senior). Parfums Christian Dior, Mama Works, Amundi and Covivio are among its clients.

Job description

To support our growth in France and across Europe, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Paris.

You will be responsible for setting up a quality recruitment process and monitoring recruitment actions to improve our impact. Your mission will be the following:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tactics to attract top talents.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will create strong relationships with the candidates to make them want to join Witco.
  • Recruit the best talents: you will actively source the right candidates (direct approach and incoming applicants), conduct interviews, and submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers.
  • Create the best possible candidate experience by highlighting Witco’s culture.
  • Ensure quality reporting on candidate pipeline’s state for each position.
  • Track metrics and find solutions to improve our recruitment strategy.

Preferred experience

End-of-studies internship: you have a previous internship experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on sourcing.

You have a hunter mindset. You love seeking and convincing talents through direct approach.

You are a people centric and candidate experience fanatic.

You are curious and flexible in the fast-paced tech environment.

You are fluent in French and English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally.
