How You’ll Make an Impact…

Talent Acquisition & Operations:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for scientific and technical roles

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

  • Manage external recruitment partners

    Employer Branding & Partnerships:

  • Contribute to employer branding and referral programs

  • Develop university and academic partnerships

  • Represent the company at recruitment events and conferences

  • Ensure a consistent, positive and engaging employee experience

    Onboarding, Data & continous improvment:

  • Coordinate onboarding and integration across locations

  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs

  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and practices

  • Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives


Preferred experience

We’re Eager to Meet You If You…

  • Have proven international Talent Acquisition experience (≥2 years), ideally in DeepTech and/or Life Sciences

  • Have hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing to offer, negotiation, references)

  • Are comfortable managing recruitment agencies and/or an RPO model

  • Excel at sourcing technical and specialized profiles beyond LinkedIn (events, academia, niche communities)

  • Are skilled in proactive sourcing and modern recruiting tools (automation, AI, campaigns)

  • Can manage multiple parallel recruitments across Europe and North America in fast-growing environments

  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing structure, coaching, and data-driven recommendations

  • Are business-oriented, autonomous, well-organized, and execution-focused

  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context
