As part of the HR team and alongside Marion (HR Manager) and Kaënaath (Talent Acquisition Specialist), you’ll play a key role in shaping WeWard’s growth by attracting and onboarding top talents across our Paris and New York offices.

Your impact/responsabilities
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at WeWard, you will:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from defining needs and sourcing to offer management and onboarding of new hires
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business challenges, anticipate future needs, and design tailored hiring strategies
Lead recruitment processes end-to-end across Tech, Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Data teams — in both Paris and New York
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience: you’ll be the face of WeWard for our future talents
Contribute to onboarding initiatives to ensure smooth and engaging integration for all new joiners
Share market insights and data to help the business make informed decisions on hiring priorities and strategy
Collaborate with Marion & Kaënaath to strengthen our employer brand, optimize our tools (ATS, CRM, analytics), and continuously improve our processes
Drive innovation in recruitment : you’ll play a key role in shaping how we leverage AI and automation to make our recruitment more efficient, data-driven, and scalable — from sourcing tools and automated screening to reporting and candidate engagement

You’re the perfect match if…
You have significant experience (5+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within fast-growing environments (startup, scale-up, or tech).
You’re confident managing multiple roles at once while keeping a strong sense of prioritization and quality.
You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in English and French, and comfortable engaging with international stakeholders.
You combine analytical thinking with creativity — you know how to use data and instinct together to make smart hiring decisions.
You’re interested in exploring how AI and automation can elevate recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
You’re excited about working across Paris and New York, contributing to WeWard’s global journey while staying close to our teams.

1️⃣ A 45-min intro call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist — to discuss your background, expectations, and introduce you to WeWard
2️⃣ 30-min call with Marion, your future manager to align on the role, your experience, and what you’re looking for next. You’ll also get a deeper insight into WeWard’s culture, mission, and the Talent Acquisition team’s ambitions
3️⃣ Practical case study - take-home exercise + 1h presentation with part of the team - you’ll work on a real-life recruitment scenario to experience the kind of challenges you’d tackle at WeWard. You’ll then present your approach to the team, followed by an open discussion — a great way for both sides to explore how we could work together.
4️⃣ Final interview & office visit - a last round focused on culture fit and collaboration, followed by a visit of our offices (Paris or New York) to meet the team in person.
