The position

Job description

Joining our marketing teams based in France and the US, you will be collaborating with Rob, our VP Growth Marketing (US) and Laura, our Social Media and PR Manager (EU). You are about to embark on an exciting, international adventure!

Your role in our team 🤳:

  • You will be contributing to the development and execution of the social media content strategy reflecting the local marketing trends. You will research and collaborate on events to craft authentic experiences for target audiences.  Moreover, you have a deep understanding of the social voice, tone and style that resonates on the platforms you will be fueling: Instagram and TikTok mainly, and then LinkedIn & X.

  • As an innovative, creative social media expert, you can also lead your own research and share strategies about new marketing channels that the team might not have delved into yet. We encourage you to be curious and suggest new ideas!

Preferred experience

Your missions 💪:

  • Contribute to the marketing strategy development by leveraging social media to identify and acquire new users. You have a strategic and operational responsibility, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Collaborate with other teams (Product, Customer Success, Revenue) to ensure brand consistency.

  • Operate social media marketing plans for each platform, including Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat and LinkedIn.

  • Review research and analytics to contribute to KPIs.

  • Track brand sentiment across social channels to ensure our user (and prospective users) both understand and enjoy the app

  • Drive and Execute the creation and editing of social media content in various formats: written, photo, video.

  • Maintain an engaging presence on the social media platforms by encouraging interactions with users.

  • Analyze results in terms of financial achievements and contribute to the development of the annual budget with your team.

  • Attend social events and produce live social media content to nourish the platforms.

  • Contribute to the social media and marketing roadmap by participating in weekly sprints and daily meetings.

Ideally you should master and/or have knowledge of the following tools 🛠️: 

  • Adobe Express, Adobe Campaign and Photoshop, Capcut. 

  • Social Media Management tools that you will encounter, such as Buffer, SocialPilot, HootSuit. 

  • Slack, Notion, Trello.
