WeWard’ User Growth team leads growth initiatives for WeWard on IOS and Android with a data-driven and results-focused engineering and product mindset. As WeWard’s Senior Growth Engineer, you’ll take the reins of building experiences in our app to supercharge our growth. 

Your Role: Build world-class experiences to improve our new user monetization and product virality! You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that achieve our ambitious user growth and revenue goals by focusing on:

• Improving New User Monetization - Building experiences that encourage users to deepen their engagement within the app through new placements that showcase our features and personalize the experience for new users in their first 14 days, while collaborating with design and product teams to create a world-class mobile experience

• Building a World Class Referral Program - Improving the visibility of our existing referral program in the app and build new referral bonus constructs that allow users to get rewarded the way they want to 

• Developing New Lifecycle Marketing Channels - Optimize emerging experiences like Widgets, Live Activities, and other in-app messaging to ensure our users know the latest and greatest about the app 

• Analysing and optimizing platform-specific flows.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in TypeScript. Familiar with Swift and Kotlin. We’re a React Native shop with native Android and Kotlin modules.

• Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and deep understanding of mobile platform capabilities.

• Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases.

• Good team communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English. You will collaborate with our US team on a daily basis

• Experience in Growth Engineering in the mobile industry

• Mobile App permission flows and user identifiers have no secrets for you (IDFA, IDFVA, GPS-ADID…)

• Knowledge of UA Platforms, tools and frameworks.
