To support our growth and commercial activities, we’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and versatile Senior Graphic/Brand Designer, based in our Paris office, to join the journey and help us craft impactful, consistent, and scalable visuals across every touchpoint, from in-app commercial operations to brand campaigns.
You will report to Adrien, our Art Director, and work closely with Christine (Senior Brand Designer) and the Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams to create impactful visuals that drive performance while staying true to the WeWard brand.
As a Senior Graphic/Brand Designer at WeWard, you will:
In-App Graphic Design
Design visuals for in-app commercial operations such as WeCards, affiliation & partnerships, events and seasonal campaigns, and new feature promotions
Create and adapt assets for various in-app placements (banners, cards, pop-ins, onboarding screens, promotional components)
Contribute to the definition and implementation of visual guidelines and lightweight design systems for in-app marketing content, ensuring consistency and scalability (e.g. layouts, typography, imagery for product cards)
Collaborate with Product teams to ensure strong visual clarity, consistency, and mobile constraints compliance
Ensure visual coherence across in-app surfaces while allowing enough flexibility for commercial and creative needs
Quickly adapt and localize visuals based on business needs (updates, iterations, mascot adaptations)
Off-App & Marketing Graphic Design
Create visuals for CRM campaigns (emails, push visuals), social media, affiliation and partner activations, and event and brand campaigns
Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and channels while respecting brand guidelines
Contribute to the evolution and consistency of WeWard's visual identity across all touchpoints
Collaboration & Asset Management
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams to understand business goals and translate them into effective visual solutions
Be proactive in proposing creative concepts, formats, and visual optimizations
Explore, test, and help set up AI-powered workflows/agents (e.g. image generation, creative variations) to optimize visual production speed and scalability
Manage multiple projects in parallel
Help structure and maintain graphic assets, templates, and best practices for long-term efficiency

You’re the perfect match if…
You have 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer or Graphic Designer, ideally in a digital, mobile, or startup/scale-up environment
You have a strong mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus) and excellent knowledge of Figma, including components and shared libraries
You have a solid understanding of mobile-first design and scalable visual systems
You are hands-on, resourceful, and autonomous — comfortable working with business constraints and fast iterations
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and tech stakeholders
You take ownership: you're proactive in proposing solutions, not just executing requests
You're curious about new tools and technologies, especially AI-assisted design workflows
You have a startup soul, hungry to make an indelible mark on a dynamic team
Nice to have:
Experience contributing to design systems or visual guidelines in a product environment
Basic motion design skills (GIFs, micro-animations)
Prior experience using AI tools for visual creation or production optimization
Experience in consumer apps, gaming, or lifestyle brands
Mac user preferred.
