Following WeWard’s strong growth (launch in the US, +20M users 🌎..) we are now looking for our future Product Owner!
Working as part of the product team and alongside David, our Product Director and Mélody, our UX/UI Designer as well as all the other tech and business team, you will work on growing the application and other ongoing goals of maximizing the product’s value and ensuring the quality of our users’ experience.
And here’s what that entails:
Contributing to the product vision and working on outlining the roadmap in collaboration with the Product Director.
Guaranteeing agile and dynamic workflow and continuous improvement within the team.
As a sprint guarantor: your role will be to circulate a vision and make sure that it holds true to the different stakeholders (in terms of goals, priorities, deadlines, quality, etc).
Describing each retained functionality in the form of properly documented User Stories, and joining them with the acceptance criteria essential for it to be fully understood by the team.
Allocating and planning delivery according to the team’s development capacity.
Checking on UX models
Maintaining product backlog: defining the priority of functionalities in order to assure their quality, in accordance with WeWard’s goals.
Analyzing the performance of different functionalities by doing tests (A/B tests) and through reporting (KPIs).
Taking the reins of bug tracking and ensuring that they do not affect delivery.
Challenging both functional and/or technical solutions
Organizing demonstrations for new or key functionalities
Our expectations
✍️ Due to your experience of at least 4 years in the role within a team (Frontend and Backend), you have a perfect understanding of the Agile/Scrum environment.
⌛ These experiences have allowed you to be recognized today for your flexibility and your excellent capacity to manage and lead multiple projects in tandem. The last minute doesn’t scare you away!
📊 As someone data-oriented, you take pleasure in directing and analyzing your actions and what you do.

The process:
The first step is a meeting with Marion, our Talent Acquisition Manager, who will follow you throughout your journey with us. You will talk together about your expectations, and your experiences, and she will present WeWard to you.
We will then set up a video meeting with David, Product Director, who will go into detail about the position’s goals and objectives.
Then, there will be a practical case to do at home followed by an onsite presentation to the team.
