We’re looking for a Junior Localization & Translation Specialist to join our Product Team, alongside Jessica, our Localization Manager & your future manager, and help make our app and content shine in multiple languages. This is your chance to impact the experience of millions of users worldwide while growing your skills in a fast-moving, collaborative, and playful environment.

Responsibilities:

• Translate, proofread, edit, and ensure the quality of a variety of content (app, website, emails, in-app communications) in both English and French.

• Help craft and optimize copy to make sure every message is clear, consistent, and impactful across languages.

• Support the coordination of translations for our different product touchpoints.

• Take part in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) activities and help improve processes to guarantee high-quality localized content.

• Contribute to the execution of our localization strategy alongside the Localization Manager.

• Manage timelines and follow up on translation tasks through our localization tools (e.g. Lokalise).

• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to understand language needs for new features and updates.

• Maintain terminology and style consistency via glossaries and style guides.

• Support the improvement of localization workflows to ensure everything is accurate before release.

• Communicate and coordinate with external or freelance translators when needed.

• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the multilingual experience.

• Stay up to date with localization tools, solutions, and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Translation, Languages or a related field.

• First professional experience in translation or localization (internships included).

• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.

• Knowledge of a third language (Italian, Spanish, German and/or Brazilian Portuguese) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a structured approach.

• Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Curiosity for mobile apps, tech, and user experience in multilingual environments.

• Familiarity with CAT tools or localization platforms (e.g. Lokalise) is a plus.
