Job description

🎯 Your role

As the Right Hand to the Chief of Staff, you’ll be deeply embedded in the strategic and operational engine of WeWard’s U.S. expansion. Based in New York, you’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff and have daily exposure to the CEO and executive team, participating directly in high-level discussions that shape the future of the company.

Your role will sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, growth, and operations. You’ll contribute to the most critical business topics—from market entry and business plan to investor relations, performance tracking, and cross-functional execution. You won’t just support decision-making; you’ll help drive it by bringing clarity through data, insight through research, and momentum through structured execution.

This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in scaling a high-growth startup, with the autonomy to lead strategic initiatives, the trust to challenge leadership thinking, and the responsibility to deliver measurable impact on our US trajectory.

Strategy & Business

  • Support the Chief of Staff in updating and maintaining the business plan, integrating historical performance and forward-looking growth assumptions

  • Analyze business performance, product adoption, and user behavior to surface actionable insights and identify opportunities for growth or optimization

  • Conduct market, competitive, and user research to inform strategic decisions and product-market fit in the US

  • Drive or contribute to deep-dive analyses on core metrics (e.g. acquisition, retention, monetization, CAC/LTV, fraud risk)

  • Evaluate external growth opportunities, especially strategic partnerships and M&A targets

📈 Business Performance & Executive Operations

  • Prepare and structure weekly and monthly performance reports (revenue, KPIs, forecast vs actuals) for internal leadership and global visibility

  • Craft and deliver high-impact presentations for internal (all-hands, exec syncs, comex) and external use (board decks, investor updates, fundraising materials)

  • Analyze product usage and user behavior to detect anomalies, prevent fraud, and surface actionable insights for cost optimization

  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving internal processes, tools, and organizational effectiveness

  • Provide agile support on high-priority, ad hoc initiatives from the Chief of Staff or CEO (e.g. new market opportunities, internal rituals, strategic pivots)

US Expansion & Strategic Positioning

  • Identify, test, and scale growth levers in the US through prospecting efforts, local partnerships and on-the-ground activations

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with local users to refine our US positioning, establish key personas, and understand US market dynamics

  • Support the launch and go-to-market of new features to maximize adoption and impact in the US

  • Help craft and communicate WeWard’s value proposition for the US market, ensuring it resonates across different user segments and stakeholder groups

  • Track and showcase our impact and success stories, leveraging data and user feedback to fuel brand trust and increase our visibility in the US

  • Help organize and participate in key US tech and growth events (conferences, networking, brand visibility)
