To support its growth, Wevioo is recruiting ASAP a UX UI IT DESIGN EXPERT (M/F).

Within the Information Systems Department IT of our Client, you will intervene in a strategic group projects. You will be a UX/UI Design expert  in Paris working directly under the team lead. You will be in charge of coordinating different projects and stakeholders through Business to IT budget,roadmap and presentations/Committees.

Workplace in Ile de France with International business travel.

💼 Detailed roles:

UX SIDE :

·       Understand the user: design, carry out and report user interviews, discoveries, design sprints, co-design workshops, ideation workshops, empathy maps, user flow, service blueprint, etc. .

·       Propose and implement design/production processes and methods, coordinating business stakeholders, users and product teams.

·       Structuring the information architecture and building user journeys in the form of flows, wireframes and Hi-Fi prototypes.

UI SIDE :

·       Propose and implement design/production processes and methods, design a technical and aesthetic nomenclature (format, font size, color, etc.) and check the consistency of the visuals with the “user journey”

·       Design and create interfaces, micro-interactions, mobile and desktop components (Atomic Design)

·       Participate as a member of the community to use, modify, enrich and maintain the client Design System to ensure consistency and visual harmony across all of our platforms in close collaboration with the Front-End Devs.

·       Design prototypes and carry out usability tests (panel, protocol, logistics, restitution and recommendation).

👤 Your profile :

Niveau de formation : Graduate of an engineering school or Master’s degree

Niveau d’expérience : 10 ans

✅ Expected skills:

·       Mastery of UX/UI modeling tools, Figma in particular (Figma, Figjam, Maze, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

·       Experience with Design Systems (creation, management, enrich and use)

·       Ability to prototype, test and iterate on models

·       Experience in analyzing user feedback and analytical data

·       Knowledge of digital “Accessibility principles”

·       Experience in design documentation (guidelines, functional specifications and design)

☀️ Soft-skills :

·       Excellent leadership and communication skills to explain design choices

·       Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and multidisciplinary teams (PM, PO, developers, etc.)

·       Ability to organize and lead co-creation workshops

·       Sense of organization and rigor in monitoring activities (update of Jira, Confluence)

·       Ability to adapt to an agile environment and participate in team rituals
