You will help expand and develop our procurement team and work in close collaboration with our clients (startups and scale-ups).

Your main mission = Lead IT procurement projects for our clients and drive subsequent savings!

You will manage the renewals, renegotiation and new procurement projects for our clients, from the need specification to the negotiation and validation of the projects.

You will be a SaaS expert and conduct regular benchmark and sourcing projects to be aware of the latest trends and news of the market.

You will have a key role in the development of Welii by being at the heart of the business and working directly with the product team in order to update and upgrade Welii’s web app and internal tools.

• Key responsibilities:

  • Challenge client’s needs and translate them into action plans.

  • Lead procurement projects with the client’s product owners and suppliers.

  • Build data-driven buying strategy to provide the best tool at the best price.

  • Lead in-depth analysis of customer’s data to identify areas of improvement.

  • Contribute to our product roadmap by giving feedback and insights to the product team.

  • Develop strong, trusted, and long-term relationships with our customers.

  • Drive renewals to successful completion in close collaboration with Welii’s procurement team.

  • Lead regular benchmark, sourcing and RFI.

  • Support the procurement roadmap with your ideas and vision to improve how companies buy their SaaS.

• 2 -5 years of xp as a buyer and at least 2 years of IT specialization.
