Within a European IT team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of digital solutions closely aligned with business needs. The environment requires a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, often involving interim solutions while global platforms are still evolving.

As a Solution Architect, you act as the bridge between business and IT. You analyse requirements, design fit-for-purpose solutions, and support their end-to-end implementation. Your objective is to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient architectures while enabling fast execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions

• Design simple, robust, and scalable architectures adapted to the context

• Select appropriate technologies to enable efficient and timely delivery

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (dev, DevOps, security, data…)

• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of solutions

• Produce clear and concise architecture documentation

• Maintain alignment with enterprise standards while prioritizing delivery

Profile :

• Strong technical background (software development, cloud, data, networking…)

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (5+ years)

• Ability to design pragmatic solutions in fast-paced environments

• Good understanding of system integration and complex ecosystems

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices

• Ability to make quick and effective decisions

• Delivery-oriented mindset with focus on business value

• Adaptable, collaborative, and hands-on
