As a Junior Sales Executive – UK, you will support WeeFin’s growth by helping to expand our presence across the UK financial sector. Working closely with our experienced sales team, you will contribute to the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and supporting client engagement to helping move opportunities through the pipeline. Your focus will be on engaging with asset managers and asset owners.
You’ll join an enthusiastic sales team that values learning, curiosity, and ambition. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in consultative B2B sales, gain exposure to complex SaaS selling, and build meaningful relationships in the financial industry.

You will:
Drive lead generation efforts through active prospecting and market intelligence
Support the sales cycle from initial outreach to proposal stages, in coordination with Senior Sales Managers
Collaborate with presales, product, and technical teams to build tailored, high-impact solutions
Participate in the preparation of client meetings, pitches, and strategic proposals
Assist in managing and tracking the sales pipeline and CRM data
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and materials
Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy
Develop your knowledge of WeeFin’s value proposition, the sustainable finance ecosystem, and SaaS business models

Experience in asset management, sustainable finance, and ESG.
0 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in Fintech and high-growth SaaS.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in the sales process from strategy to closing.
Autonomous, adaptable, proactive in a startup environment.
Excellent negotiation skills
English: fluent/native
An additional language is a plus
