Your job will be at the beating heart of the machine : meeting with artisans, designing the best experiences with them and building a strong relationship with them :
The missions are numerous :

Designing unique workshops & developing the portfolio of artisans

  • Design the workshops format with the artisans : duration, steps taken, tools and techniques learned, end-product etc.
  • Make sure the onboarding process is smooth and successful for all artisans.
  • Develop a portfolio strategy regarding the volume of workshops offered, the mix of crafts, but also the location.
  • Hand in hand with the country launcher, refine and adapt our current sales strategy to the local specificities (sales argument, preferred channels of contact, pace, nature of interaction, brochure, inbound sales…).

Opening new cities and areas

  • Participate in the identification of the next cities to open in the UK (market study).
  • Launch the city (regular business trips to plan).
  • Meet with the artisans and develop the artisans’ network there.
  • Identify the relevant local partnerships.

Managing the existing accounts and monitoring the workshop’s performance

  • Monitor the performance of the workshops and adapt the portfolio accordingly (reshape the low performing workshops, duplicate the high performing ones)
  • Make sure all workshops have enough availabilities and are well distributed.
  • Keep an eye on the trends in the experience sector to evaluate new workshops opportunities.
  • Take part in the “Artisans Drinks”.

Increasing the Wecandoo’s brand outreach in the UK

  • Identify and build the first partnerships to support our various needs : artisans’ acquisition, brand and visibility, distribution, artisans’ community.
  • Be the face of Wecandoo for various public and media appearances

Preferred experience

  • You are a native british speaker and have at least some basics in French (mandatory).
  • You love what looks good and tastes delicious !
