MISSIONS 💪

HR Management

  • Provide guidance to our managers and team members in understanding, implementing and taking up our HR policies.
  • Support employees in the context of their career management and internal development wishes.
  • Cultivate Wakeo’s culture on a daily basis by being it’s n°1 ambassador and ensuring its respect throughout the company.
  • Accompany managers in the key steps of their team members’ journey (reviews, evolution, offboarding…)
  • Ensure a smooth and constructive relationship with the CSE

Administration & Payroll

  • Legal compliance and risk management: supervise HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with HR and legal obligations related to the size of the company
  • Manage the HRIS and payroll process
  • HR Analytics & reporting preparation and monitoring
  • Supervise the HR budget cycle on a daily basis or when necessary during the year.
  • Organize Wakeo’s key teambuilding rituals (Weekeo, Wakeo Days, Christmas party, …)

HR Projects/development

  • Support the people review processes (performance reviews, development discussions, talent reviews, salary increases campaign, bonus payments) and accompany managers.
  • Train and support managers for their employees’ career discussions.
  • Implement, coordinate and monitor the continuous improvement on cross-company HR projects with managers and employees (carreer path, 360 feedback, compensation & benefit strategy, etc.)

IDEAL PROFILE ⭐

  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR in a growth environment, with broad knowledge and experience in human resources, preferably in tech companies.
  • You have a strong business acumen and proactively seek opportunities to impact company results by driving successful partnerships and supporting teams.
  • Ability to challenge and coach managers as well as employees when necessary.
  • A strong ability to diagnose problems both in a qualitative but also data-driven approach.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others especially in an international and multicultural environment.
  • You are able to be the ambassador of the culture of Wakeo.
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks in a multi-team, changing and fast-paced environment.
